When I saw Anncoo post up the recipe and pic of the flaked almond biscuits, I was attracted by it and told myself I must try this for Chinese New Year. I have reduced the sugar by 25gm. But not sure why my crisp is not evenly brown.....the side get burnt and the centre remain white......the biscuit looks bit ugly but the taste is defintely there. Thanks Anncoo for sharing the recipe.

SwissRoll
Used 2 different recipes from books. The strawberry roll is using recipe from 戚风+海绵 轻蛋糕77种 while the chocolate roll is using sponge recipe from 蛋糕卷 Roll cake by 曾美子. Both cake gave soft texture. But I preferred the strawberry roll. My chocolate roll looks like ‘面煎米果' filled with red bean paste haha....
