竹碳乳酪土司

This supposed to be a toast but I guess my bread tin is too big for the amount of dough. Recipes from 孟老师的100道面包。 Though this bread does not have the 土司 look, the taste is almost similar to the one I had at JB bakery shop.

GG, actually before having the bread at Jb i already bought the Charcoal powder. Its also under my to do list. Now my list jst get longer and longer. With your new oven, hope you can join me one day in bread making. :)

I bought a bottle of charcoal but I am still searching for a nice recipe. Care to share yours? Over the weekend, I was in JB and remembered it the last min, managed to grab a pack of bread but I didn't see the one with cheese though. Thanks.

Hi Dear,

I am staying in Jurong West. He is conducting his classes at Nanyang Community Center. I missed his 1st stage and managed to enrol for his 2nd stage class.
