Hello Kitty and Pooh Bear mooncakes

Am still too early for mooncakes but trying to use up the filling. Hello Kitty and Pooh bear.

Hi, is it difficult to unmould them? I've got some plastic jelly moulds and I'm thinking of using them this year.

Hi hi, I'm using a egg mould not that difficult. Jst ensure u have enough coating of the gao fen before u place them in the mould. Happy trying.

I tried but not too successful. If I dust enough flour, the mooncake is all white. If I don't dust enough, it gets stucked :-(

Your mooncakes look great! I'll be giving it another try again.

Hi BH, what i did is prepare a bowl of gao fen. Toss the dough in the bowl to evenly coat it and press in the mould. Don't give up and try again yeah!

I made this again but instead of using egg moulds, I used my disney cutters instead. Much easier to unmould. Thanks for your tip!
