A very easy dessert and the rascals love it.
Mango Sago Pomelo Dessert
40gm Sago (can reduce if you don’t like too much of this)
300gm Mango puree
75g milk (I used UHT)
75gm Packet mango juice (I used Magnolia)
Some peel pomelo
Some dice mango flesh
1) Bring water (A) to boil. Place Sago and boil for @ 10mins. Remove from heat. Cover and simmer it till sago turn transparent. Drained and washed in running tap water. Set aside
2) Blend (B) with (C)
3) Mixed (1) with (2) and serve with (D) sprinkle on the top. Serve chill.
