Mini Pandan Chiffon Cake


Yes its n...a...k...e...d again. No idea why the skin just refuse to stay on sob sob....This time I use Richard Goh recipe and reduce the amount of sugar to suit my taste. I will stick to his recipe for pandan chiffon. I also baked another batch of chocolate chiffon using another recipe but forget to take pic.

It's always happen to me .... my chiffon also all naked ... hahahaaa, most important is the taste. Sometimes, I no need to wait for long, it will drop automatically from the tin. Don't forget to share the tips once you found the answer. ;)

Hi Fatmum, I can see that your chiffon does not achieve the brown surrounding. Will confirm again with Richard during next lesson.
