Lemond Curd


Still have some yolks left in the fridge. Other then using it for fried rice, I used it for lemon curd which can be use for mac later on. Happy!!! Finally can try out new cream for my mac.


LEMON CURD

Ingredient

20gm corn flour
30gm sugar (Original 50gm)
100gm water
1 egg yolk
2Tbsp lemon
1/2 lemon zest


Method

1) In a saucepan mixed corn flour and sugar together
2) add in water and stirred the mixture
3) Bring (1)(2) to boil under small fire and stirred continously till translucent.
4) turn off fire and stirred in the yolk
5) add lemon juice and zest
6) Serve when cool
