Cake Deco Class - Lesson 7 Peach Cake

This lesson we make use of marzipan in covering the whole cake. I find the texture of the marzipan is more rough comapre to fondant. But the after taste is better then plain fondant. Overall am happy with the result.

Hi, I seen tat you had taken a few lesson from Richard goh. Wanna ask where did u take these course from and how much it cost you. Is it count by per course? I'm a new beginner myself but in brunei there isn't much baking and decorating courses available and therefore would like to look for more option in cake decorating. Thanks

Hi LS, Richard Goh lessons are conducted at Community Centres in SG. You can sign up his courses at OnePA But his cake making lesson are not hands on. As for his creaming class you will need to bring your own cake, cream & equipement etc. Apparently, his class is consider popular/high demand here so seats are always full. For this creaming class I paid abt $80 for 8 sessions. Hope this information helps.
